Mass Challenge

Mass Challenge helps connect entrepreneurs with the resources they need to launch and succeed immediately. Their primary activities include running an annual global startup competition, documenting and organizing key resources, and organizing training and networking events.

United Inventors Association

The United Inventors Association is the Inventor Industry's national membership foundation dedicated to inventor education and support. Their mission as a 501(c)3 non-profit is to offers educational outreach programs to inventors and Certification to local support groups and invention service providers who comply with UIA professional and ethical standards

Since 1990, the UIA is the national 501(c)3 non-profit dedicated to inventor education and support. Their Mission is to provide reliable information to inventors, as well as Certification to groups and inventor-friendly firms who agree to comply with rigorous professional and ethical standards.

Inventors Association of Manhattan

Founded on December 9th of 2007, the Inventors Association of Manhattan, IAM, is a registered NY State non-profit organization. The IAM is Certified by the United Inventors Association, the national non-profit dedicated to invention education and support, as well as the Manhattan Chamber of Commerce.

The Inventors Association of Manhattan provides a platform for entrepreneurs to get their questions answered about the invention process including topics such as licensing, patenting, prototyping, new product designs, investing, marketing, & sales. In addition, every 2nd Monday of the month they feature an expert guest speaker, lively discussion among inventors, and a Peer Review session. IAM aims to foster professionalism, trust, and support.

Explore Mars

Explore Mars, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) non-profit corporation organized in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Explore Mars is a project-oriented non-profit group that was created to promote science and technology innovation and education related to Mars Exploration. Through a series of technology innovation awards, scientific symposiums and workshops, Mars analog work, technology demonstrations, and other programs, they provide a platform for scientists and "citizen scientists" to engage in meaningful space exploration research and development in the private sector.

The Mars Society

The Mars Society is a non-profit tax-exempt 501(c)(3) charitable organization in the United States. To further the goal of the exploration and settlement of the Red Planet. This will be done by:


  • Broad public outreach to instill the vision of pioneering Mars.
  • Support of ever more aggressive government funded Mars exploration programs around the world.
  • Conducting Mars exploration on a private basis.


Starting small, with hitchhiker payloads on government funded missions, The Mars Society intends to use the credibility that such activity will engender to mobilize larger resources that will enable stand-alone private robotic missions and ultimately human exploration.

Two Cents of Hope

The vision of "Two Cents of Hope" (TCH) is to create a responsible and self-sustaining society. TCH hopes to achieve this by facilitating education to aspiring children and youth, which creates opportunities to realize their potential and provide them with a spring board to scale new heights. TCH focuses on providing educational opportunities to deserving children and youth who crave to learn but cannot because of financial constraints and other such factors. The organization supports such deserving students against the harsh realities of life and makes an effort to help make their dreams come true.

The mission of the group is to :


  • Empower society through education.
  • Create a society where no child is deprived of his/her right to education, where one does not struggle to survive but competes to achieve.
  • Uniting people with a common vision, to build an India where talent is recognized, talent breeds talent and results in achievement that is unparalleled.

NASA Academy

In the spirit of dedication to the growth of young scientists and engineers embodied by Gerald Soffen throughout his life, the Dr. Gerald A. Soffen Memorial Fund for the Advancement of Space Science Education offers Student Travel Grants. The Travel Grants are awarded to students pursuing undergraduate or graduate degrees in aerospace-related sciences or engineering fields (astrobiology, astronomy, earth and space science, engineering, etc.) to attend a meeting at which they will present their research.
